The United States Ambassador to Malta, H.E. Gina Abercrombie, is a career diplomat with a broad range of experiences in postings in such as Baghdad, Jakarta and Cairo and now Malta.  

 

She addressed the meeting of Rotary Club Malta and spoke about Malta-U.S. Relations over the years and the areas of focus and collaboration between both countries, political, educational and economic.  As is often the case, it was the questions and answers phase of the meeting which proved to be the most interesting.  

 

Madam Ambassador was welcomed to Rotary Club Malta by the Club's President, John Cooper, who introduced her to the numerous Rotarians and guests assembled for the meeting and provided an introduction of her bio.
